Is it possible to send an autorepsonder to more than one segment of a mailing list?

Is it possible to send an autorepsonder to more than one segment of a mailing list?

I have an autoresponder campaign that I want to send out but I want to send it to 2 of my segments within one of my mailing lists. Is this possible? Currently it's only seeming to let me select one.
If that's the case, is there a way around it?
