Is syncing so hard? Email, Calendars, Contacts - Seriously!
I just signed up for Zoho not long ago and I've spent considerable time searching the forums, faqs, etc. for information about syncing email, contacts and calendars with webOS, iPhone, etc. I find it really strange that Zoho is claiming to be cutting edge but is not capable of providing this service. Google and Yahoo can do it effortless with the Palm webOS platform.
What's even worse, there are people asking about these capabilities dating back to 2008, and Zoho staff keeps replying that it's either in the works or coming soon or in future plans. It's now 2010 and the same replies are being posted to the same demands.
You have a HUGE customer base waiting in the shadows if you can simple implement the ability to sync email, contacts and calendars. Not tapping into that pool of customers is a shame and definite fail in terms of business. Google is running the show right now in compatibility, and Zoho could easily wipe them out by making this implementation #1 priority.
Can we get a reply that encompasses more than it is a future plan, in the works, or coming soon??
