Is there a way in ZohoCampaigns to move contact to new list based on email action

Is there a way in ZohoCampaigns to move contact to new list based on email action

I am working on some automation in ZohoCampaigns. 

My goals are:

1: If a contact in list A opens an email, they would be automatically moved to list B
AND/OR
2: If a contact in list A clicks on a link in an email they would be automatically moved to list C

I can see how to send autoresponders to people who click on links, and I can see how to change lists based on criteria in fields, but I cannot see how to change lists based on actions! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
