Is there a way to fetch emails from our support email and create records in Zoho Create with that?

I am looking for a way to be able to fetch new emails to send to out suppport email and create a ticket in our zoho creator App with?

I thought of using the nodejs to create a function but we couldn't add the nodemailer npm packge.
