Is there a way in Zoho mail to trigger a set of actions?
I.E if an invoice comes into my email (I'm not the accounts person) then I'd like to do the following:
1. Forward the email to our OCR service
2. Move the email into a specific folder
3. Send an email requesting the supplier update our details in their records
Currently I have to do this for each email, one by one. It would be great if I could simply tag the emails to trigger the automation so that I can just select the email in bulk and click 1 button.
