Dear Zoho Support Team,

We have been working on configuring SSO integration for our Zoho Help Center using Amazon Cognito. While the setup appears to be completed successfully, we are encountering an issue when attempting to access the Help Center.

The following error is displayed in the browser console:

Uncaught (in promise) ChunkLoadError: Loading chunk 13 failed.

(error: https://static.zohocdn.com/helpcenter/classic/js/header.36713f8836be1efb3c2e_.js)

This error prevents the Help Center from loading properly, even though SSO login works without any apparent issues.

Could you please assist us in resolving this? Let us know if you need further details or logs from our side.
