Issue with Blueprints in Zoho Desk

I’m experiencing an issue with Blueprints in Zoho Desk. I have some Blueprints that haven't been modified since July 28, 2023, but they suddenly started having issues. In some cases, it’s not possible to move to the next stage; when clicking the button, nothing happens.

In November, I had a remote session with the Zoho team, who identified that the issue was caused by a field name in the Blueprint containing the character "/". They replaced it with "-", and the issue seemed to be resolved. However, now, after some time, the Blueprints are having issues again, this time with various other special characters.

I’m trying to find a solution that doesn’t involve removing all special characters from field names. Can anyone help me resolve this?
