Item Image Whatsapp from Deluge Script

We are trying to send whatsapp of images after invoice is created for this we want the image to be fetched from itema s well.

We can get item using :

itemdet = zoho.inventory.getRecordsByID("Items",organizationID,itemID,"zom").get("item");

but the json which we are getting using this code contains:

How can we retrieve this image in deluge script so we can send whatsapp to customer
