Kanban view on Zoho CRM mobile app!

What is Kanban? The name doesn't sound English, right?


Yes, Kanban is a Japanese word which means 'Card you can see'. As per the meaning, Kanban in CRM is a type of list view in which the records will be displayed in cards and categorized under the given field (e.g: Lead source, City etc).

 

Kanban view is yet to be supported on the Zoho CRM mobile app as of now. However, we do have a crisp workaround to experience the Kanban view on the app in the interim. In order for you to access the Kanban view on the app, please install a marketplace extension named 'Kanban Board for Zoho CRM' on the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com).

 

To install the aforementioned extension, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Go to the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com).
  2. Go to the Setup (gear icon) available at top right corner.
  3. Click the 'All' option available under 'Marketplace' section.
  4. Search for 'Kanban Board for Zoho CRM'.
  5. Install the extension.

Once done, it will be available as a webtab on both Zoho CRM desktop site and the mobile apps.

Note: The records available within the Kanban view can also be moved across the 'Group By' columns and deleted from the respective module.
