Kanban view on Zoho CRM mobile app!
What is Kanban? The name doesn't sound English, right?
Yes, Kanban is a Japanese word which means 'Card you can see'. As per the meaning, Kanban in CRM is a type of list view in which the records will be displayed in cards and categorized under the given field (e.g: Lead source, City etc).
Kanban view is yet to be supported on the Zoho CRM mobile app as of now. However, we do have a crisp workaround to experience the Kanban view on the app in the interim. In order for you to access the Kanban view on the app, please install a marketplace extension named 'Kanban Board for Zoho CRM' on the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com).
To install the aforementioned extension, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com).
- Go to the Setup (gear icon) available at top right corner.
- Click the 'All' option available under 'Marketplace' section.
- Search for 'Kanban Board for Zoho CRM'.
- Install the extension.
