Keep the format of the data between the Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaign

I am going to send a campaign and for the individual users I have a personnel message which is around 900 symbols. The personnel message is written in the Zoho CRM ( the name of the field is Zoho Campaign Personnel Message). When I sync the Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaign the data from the field are imported in the Zoho Campaign database but any new lines are missing.

Is there a way to keep the new lines in Zoho Campaign.

I tried to edit the text in Zoho Campaign but although the box is text area I can not enter more than 300 symbols.
