Keep track of outgoing emails from groups

Hello,

I need to keep track of any outgoing email sent from the group email. Right now only the user that sent the email (using the group email) can see it in its sent folder, but we need something like a shared folder dedicated to the emails sent from the group.

I've tried with Shared Mailbox but it doesn't keep track of outgoing emails either.

I thought about creating a shared folder and implementing a filter that creates a copy of the email sent and put it there, but for some reason my users are not able to drop emails in folders that have been shared with them.

Any ideas?
