Lame update, now how do I size columns back to where they were?

About a week or 2 ago, I open my Zoho CRM to find some sort of update was made that is inefficient.  I used to be able to fit my "Potentials" report with its 6 customized columns nicely in "List View" on my screen, and still have real estate space left over for desktop icons I frequently access.  This lame update causes inches and inches of wasted space, I now have to expand my screen way out over my icons.  It will not let me reduce column sizes from this new too-big-already format, but it WILL let me INCREASE the column size, which doesn't help at all.  I literally have a "Probablility" column that has 3 inches of wasted space.  This makes me want to switch CRMs.

Also, why is there a dollar totaling feature in the Kanban View, but no totalling in the List View?  This seems like the easiest thing to add, yet it isn't there.

People who use CRMs well are data types that thrive on efficiency, simplicity, and customization.  I feel like software engineers thrive on over-complexity, and make too many "updates" that cost productivity, they don't help it.
