Last connected time and IP
Hi,
I have been using Zoho assist as an alternative to LogMeIn for the last 5 months and I must say it is a great product - it achieves almost everything I need.
It would be nice however to have more information on the "My Computers" list. If the computer is Offline, it would be helpful to have the information of when that computer was last online. This kind of thing would help me diagnose internet and network connection problems on client PC's. It would be helpful to show the current, or last connected if the computer is Offline, IP address of the PC's in the list. Again this is more to help diagnose connectivity issues.
I know both of theses things aren't necessarily using the remote system, but would be very helpful bits of information.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
