Leave Policy for Brazil

Hi,
Brazil asked us to configure Zoho People to apply the following policy:

·         To block starting vacations 2 business days before holidays or weekends;


Employees cannot start their vacations 2 days before holidays or weekends.

Example: If December 25th (Wednesday) is a holiday, starting vacation on December 23rd (Monday) or 24th (Tuesday) is not allowed.
Likewise, vacations cannot start on Fridays.

 ·         For each 30 days balance:

Enjoy the 30 days’ vacation in up to 3 bookings, where:

Vacations can be taken in up to 3 parts:
  • One period of at least 14 days.
  • The remaining two periods must each have at least 5 days. 
Not sure if this is possible via the leave tracker configuration.
Perhaps I was thinking of using custom validation in the leave request form. Has anyone already configured such rules?

        We are working to convert our forms from Jotform to Zoho forms as we are able to save and continue with Zoho forms. One aspect I am unable to replicate is the ability to hide an entire page in a form based on the answers at the beginning of the form. We have 13 pages in this form and based on those yes/no questions we could cut the length of the form down considerably.
