Link or ability to resend Evaluations to Attendees

Link or ability to resend Evaluations to Attendees

I created an evaluation for my ShowTime session, and did attach to to the Thank You e-mail.  However, I would like to prompt those that did not respond to do so. 

I would be perfectly happy to do so in my own e-mail, but there is nowhere that I can find to get a link to the evaluation that I included to users in their Thank You e-mail (and obviously since I hosted it, I did not get the link myself).

Am I missing something, or is there no way to retrieve the link to that evaluation?
