I created my Pop-Up form in Zoho Campaigns. I downloaded and activated the Zoho Campaigns Wordpress plugin. I can add sign-up forms to my website, but I can't find any instructions of how to link the pop-up form to my website.

Would someone please tell me how or point to some documentation?
