Hello,

I created a couple forms, and would like a daily email for who has signed up.  I followed the instructions in the Help Docs.

However, when I set the time and lists I want a summary for and click save, A green note appears at the top saying "List Sign Up Summary Disabled"

Why is my summary disabled and how do I Enable the email?
