Hi there,
We purchased an upgrade from a trial version on our test application today with your Zoho creator application.
Upon adding users to the system on the creator settings menu, there was no update to the users list.
This led me to assume that the users had not be added to the system.
However upon adding my own email to the system it notified me it had reached our limit of the 4 users we have purchased.
So it obviously is adding them somewhere.
Currently it is locking us out saying we do not have permissions to see the application.
I believe the permissions of our admin account, stephenluscombe@omprompt.com may have been incorrectly set to user.
Could you please correct this?
