Losing Social Media Icons In Zoho Campaign Templates

Hi,
We are designing an email campaign via the Campaign portal, and every time we try to add a hyperlink to a social media icon/image in a template that icon disappears. This is occurring on both pre-designed templates and blank templates.

Is there a solution to this issue?
