Mail Groups: different messages for invitation and confirmation?

Mail Groups: different messages for invitation and confirmation?

Adding new users to a Mail Group need ACCEPT from the new user,
and the user get a mail with link for this.
After Accepting, the user get another mail with confirmation.

1. I notice, that the email is not localized to Danish, what makes following problem even more serious:

2. The two emails (at invitation and at confirmation) share the same text from Group management :-(
It is very essential, that the new user click Accept! so I need to describe this importance.
In the invistation-mail I do not want to write "Welcome... etc. " as the user may think, the email is already working and don't get the Accept button clicked.
On other hand - in the confirmation email I want to Welcome - and write other isntructions for use of the mailinglist.

Is it possible to have two different email texts?

I propose:
1. two different fields for text for new users: One for Invitation and one for after confirmation.

2. the field with Group DESCRIPTION is limited to 200 characters!
I propose this to be 1000 characters or more.
Reason: I want to describe the use of the mailinglist, as to where a response email goes (and  not goes, the choice between repsonse to sender or response til all!), etc.
The 200 characters is far to little for this purpose.

By the way: If the description field is longer, then my above problem with different emails for invitation and confirmation could be partly solved, by writing the instructions in the general desccription.
