I just thought I would share my observation with you regarding the 'Post a new topic' page. I would say, we can keep the sections 'Add an attachment', 'Add a poll' etc in a hidden DIV. Not all users would be using this and/or always.

This would facilitate for casual posters to type and message and for the Preview/Submit button without unnecessarily needing to involve in superflous number of tab hits or mouse scroll downs. Wouldn't this enhance the UI greatly?
