I know that Zoho Campaigns data pushes to Zoho CRM for a contact to the Description Information box. Do each of these data points associated with a campaign act a unique data point or are they lumped together in this text box?

Ideally, I would like to be able to create segmentation based on which contacts have received certain emails and performed specific actions. Am I able to get this granular?
