Marketer's Space: Sending emails in the recipients' optimal open time

You've designed your own email template, come up with spellbinding content, and put in all your effort to create your best campaign to date, but you end up sending it to your leads at the wrong time. Wouldn't you feel dejected if it gets no opens? Bad timing can make or break your campaign.

So how do you decide when to send your email campaigns to your leads? This is where optimal open time comes into play. It determines when each individual lead is most likely to open an email from you.

Using optimal open time, you can schedule your campaigns to be sent at your recipients' optimal email opening time. By doing so you can make sure that each of your recipients receive your campaign within 24 hours, but at the time that's most convenient for them.

How to use optimal open time

Once you create a campaign and it is ready to send, go to campaign review page, click the schedule type --> Recipient’s optimal open time. You can set the date, time, and time zone at which you want to schedule the campaign.

Happy campaigning!
