Marketer's Space - Unsubscribe callback URL

In the previous post, we discussed setting list opt-in notifications. 

Today we'll talk about a similar notification feature available in Zoho Campaigns. Callback URL can notify you about all unsubscribes to the configured URL. Unlike notification settings, which sends email notifications, this feature sends the data directly to the configured URL.

 

Let's take a look at the below scenario for a better understanding:

 

Zylker Ltd. uses two different marketing channels—email and telephone. It uses Zoho Campaigns for email marketing and maintains a separate database of contacts for telephone marketing. Over time, contacts who unsubscribed from the mailing lists weren't interested in receiving marketing calls from Zylker. In order to handle this, Zylker configured a callback URL to get the data of unsubscribed contacts, which triggers an API that will remove their contact information from the telephone marketing database.
