I would like to set up a multi-email drip campaign- please see the structure below and confirm if I can achieve this set up in Zoho marketing automation. Where applicable, highlight gaps and workarounds. Thanks

  • Drip email campaign- Can I create one drip campaign with multiple emails?
    • Each email might have a different CTA
      • Visit landing page
      • RSVP for dinner
      • Download content piece- can I host content in Zoho?
    • Logic based email drip based on engagement. Example- If the leads RSVP for dinner, Then send them a confirmation email. If they don't RSVP, Then send them another dinner invite
  • Landing page
    • Can I create landing pages in Zoho Marketing Automation?
  • Tracking- are there any metrics that can't be tracked in Zoho?
    • Use UTMs in the URL- push data to GA
    • Email metrics- Open and Email CTR
    • Landing Page visits in Zoho
    • Content download from email and on the Landing Page
    • Form Submissions- different forms
      • Dinner RSVP
      • Consult sign up
    • Lead funnel
      • No. of leads targeted
      • No. of leads that signed up for consult
      • No. of consults that bought Disability Insurance(DI)
  • (Nice to have requirement) Campaign structure with parent and child hierarchy- I am used to HubSpot and SFDC, where you can create parent and child campaign structure to organize campaigns.
