Media Database, Media Lists and Email Campaigns

Today, our organization is maintaining master media lists in spreadsheets (for team and client use) and Mail Chimp.
And then separate folder to keep Media Bios. I want to have a system where my 10 person PR team updates 1X and have this reflected through our various processes. Right now, we are making LOTS of mistakes, not to mention all the time wasted.

What I'd like to do:

  • Create a custom Contact Database for our Press/Media including text field for BIO
  • Be able to create custom master media lists / reports from this database (Client list, our list, special campaign lists, etc.)
  • Would love to have auto-updated in Google Docs/Google Sheet (with fields) to have our client always see up-to-date contacts (based on ZOHO contacts/media list section (e.g., VIP, New Product, et al).
  • Have this connected to EMAIL NEWSLETTER for media blasts which we send out multiple times per week (this is NOT opt-in).
  • Happy to keep using Mail Chimp, but I don't think this pulls in real-time from ZOHO contacts/database?
  • Also happy to look at keeping it all in ZOHO.

A lot of wants I know ;)
