Merge content into several campaigns

I want to create several automated campaigns for a newsletter. Each campaign is tied to a different sender and different subscribers. Each campaign template is same style/look but different content (logos, signature etc...) but this info does not change once set up. The part that changes every two weeks is the content (script/message).

My idea:  using the zoho campaign app,create individual RSS Campaigns. The "script/content of each campaign would live on a web page kind of like a blog. We update that page only. The RSS campaign has an RSS merge tag in the content area so it is auto-populated from the updated web page. 

I am new to Zoho...would this work or is there and easier way? If there is an easier way please let me know.
