Microsoft Office Plugin: Does not work in Word (but works in Excel)

Microsoft Office Plugin: Does not work in Word (but works in Excel)

After downloading the Microsoft Office Plugin, it works fine with Excel but does not function with Word. I get the following error messages:
  • Open Document: => An error occurred while processing Document information. Please re-open the file.(Error message appears as well if no document is opened in Word)
  • Add to Zoho Writer => An Error occurred while Connecting Zoho Writer. Please try again in a few minutes.When I click on OK, a second Zoho message windows appears with no text.
  • Save in Zoho Writer => Same as when clicking on Add to Zoho Writer, second message after clicking OK => Document Save failed. Please try to 'Save' it again.
  • Publish in Zoho Writer => Same as when clicking on Save in Zoho Writer
  • I have added manually document to the local Zoho directory and can access / open them when clicking on "Local Document", however as well not add/save them to Zoho.
Plug-in is version 2.0, Office Word 2003 SP3.

Any ideas what the issue could be? Thankful for any hints / tipps.
