Misspellings in emails pop up

I put this in as an email

Why is it merging the words???? I have to proof the email, send off and then proof again before each time I send it out! This has happened on 5 separate emails. I have not caught on all of them, and as you can see it looks terrible and unprofessional. How can I prevent this or is this an error that you need to fix?
