I still have "in progress" a campaign set with the option " Send later in recipient's time zone" and sceduled for today (28 June) at 9.30 a.m.(Rome/Italy time).

Here attached you can see a snapshot of the "unsent" recipients. 

Actually all they are Italians and they should have already received that newsletter.

What I made wrong? and how to shoot immediately the queue?
