Is it possible to do some kind of mass update to move contacts to one list?  I currently have a large number of contacts that exist in multiple lists.  Rather than just delete or clear an entire list, I would like to:

1.  Export the list of contacts to spreadsheet and include the "Associated Lists" they are on.  And then edit the spreadsheet to update the lists I would like to move them/keep them on, and then import the list back into Zoho to update all of the contacts/lists?  (I do not believe this is possible.  Can someone confirm that I cannot do this, or explain how I can?)

OR 

2.  Create a Workflow that goes through all contacts in a given list and checks to see what other lists it may be associated with.  When it finds the contact on another list, remove it from the original list.  Is it possible to do this with a workflow?
