Modifying default text styles

I'm trying to customize the WYSIWYG style dropdown for my email campaign. I would like to make style changes to the heading and default body content to match our company colours and fonts.

Is there an easy way to change the attributes of the text styles it applies when using the WYSIWYG. I'd like to avoid changing styles manually or in the HTML in every instance.
