I do not see an option to remove converted leads from a list AFTER that lead has already been moved from their source list to a different list.

I am trying to have leads that are converted to contacts move from their current list to a Client list automatically when converted. The problem is once these leads have been moved by using a workflow to a new list their doesn't seem like an option to do this automatically.
