Moving Contacts Automatically Into Lists

I am trying to set up an Email Campaign for my client and I am struggling with two thing

How can I suppress a lead from a campaign once they complete a form?
I need to move them out of original list or segment automatically in real time. I looked into the integration with Zoho forms and I do not see that functionality. I also do not see an option for suppressing a list from a send.

How can I add lead owner info to signature in email?
I see you support customized sending email based on CRM but I do not see that for email signatures. I could create merge tags for Lead owner name, email, title etc... but then how do I sync that info from CRM?
