I did search first and didn't find anything on it. Is there a way to move contacts to different lists within Campaigns?

For instance, I have a general list where everyone goes but also have a client list that is specific to contacts that are working with us. I do not see a way to move them from the General list to the Client list once they convert. 

Am I missing something?
