My account suddenly is deleted - bug at ZOHO?

I have two companies and 2 accounts on ZOHO.
Account 1 is using Calendar, CRM, SalesIQ, Vault etc
and account 2 which is using only the Vault (paid for one year).
A few days ago we decided to cancel account2. My coworker cancelled account2 (ZOHO Vault)
But from that moment also my own account 1 is not working anymore ?! They are totally different, account1 is much older and a different e-mail adress and password and has nothing to do with account2!
The e-mail adress of account1 is not recognized by ZOHO, it is completely dissappared.

Only one thing they have in common: they shared a ZOHO Vault. But that sharing is discontinued before cancelling account2.

I tried via support@zohoaccounts.com to save my data and get back my old account and access to my Vault, Calendar, CRM, etc. But get no serious answer. What to do?
