My email campaign claims it delivered 100%, but I did not receive the email

My email campaign claims it delivered 100%, but I did not receive the email

Hi,

I can no longer send a test to my email at my office or my co-workers account. I also set up a test group to deploy the campaign as a test. After I sent to the test group (these two emails and my gmail account) the email only showed up in my gmail account. 
Is this because I need to authenticate the email with a SPF or DKIM?
