Urgent: mailings created from Zoho Campaigns are sent directly to SPAMS in Outlook

Hello everyone,

I'm posting this message with hope that someone can help us with our problem...

Here's the thing: In our company, we're trying to create a mailing tool for mid-august. We are using Zoho as a CRM and Zoho campaigns as our creation tool. We've been doing tests using contacts who are using Outlook.

The problem is: each time we've been sending our mailing tests (text or html), they've been directly sent to SPAMS in Outlook and we don't know why.

Do you see a solution ? or where does this major issue come from ?
