My zohomail domain email is being greylisted

My zohomail domain email is being greylisted

I have set up a domain email using zohomail but when I try sending emails to other mail clients (such as gmail), I noticed that my emails are being greylisted. Because of this, I have to wait a few minutes then send the email again in order to actually receive it or sometimes wait as long as 15 minutes depending on the mail client's greylisting implementation.

Why are my emails being greylisted?
