1/Currently I use the free version of Zoho Campaign to send emails.

I can not keep out the Logo "Zoho campaign" on the bottom of my emailing.

I selected for the theme: none (NO header and fooster), but the logo Zoho campaign still on the email 

How I can do ?

Is it because I use the free version ?

2/If I upgrade my systhem Can I will keep out this logo ?

3/ For the pricing I don't really understand what is the difference between the both version 

Subscribers?base on the number of email, this is not the same ??
