need help : template email customization
Hi there,
I am working on a template email to send ot my contacts (leads + account).
I want to show that it is a "normal" email with the text on the left. - and cannot find a way to do that in the customization template. (image1)
It is very frustrating.
I tested the "plain txt" function after choosing template. but I lose formats of my signature. (image2)
Can you help me, please?
Image 1: the txt is centered: I am looking to get on the left like a normal email.
Image 2: txt ok but I am loosing all formating.
