Need to rename Unattended Computer or add Description
We are currently using GotoAssist and considering switching to ZohoAssist. One problem that immediately presents itself is that only information on the unattended remote computer is the Computer Name and this cannot be edited. I may have multiple client computers and I need to identify the customer and function for the computer. Some customers may name their servers exactly the same! In GotoAssist, it is simple to rename the computer so that you can accurately identify the customer/purpose.
Is there something I am overlooking? This lack of this simple feature would prevent us from being able to use ZohoAssist.

Unattended Access (Beta) is live! Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members. My Computers list in Zoho Assist home page will always display the online status of your unattended computers.
