New to Zoho

Hi, I am just checking out Zoho and was wondering if anyone could tell me this. If I start putting business contacts and information in these applications, is there going to be a point where they start to charge for this programs. What is the outlook for these types of "free" internet applications. Thanks in advance from bredokter
