New user not seeing campaigns and contacts
Hello,
We recently added a new user for Zoho. Today I noticed that she is not able to see the campaigns and contacts other than the ones she has created heself. We have plenty of campaigns and contacts those are viewable in my administrator account.
I thought perhpas I could manage permissions under users and permissions, But I see the standard Profile has almost all the same boxes checked that should allow her to view, create, edit and delete campaigns.
How do I make it so she can see all of our campaigns and contacts?
