no campaign populated in Zoho CRM despite sync from Zoho Campaigns is on

I've switched on the sync between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, so every new campaign in Zoho Campaigns gets reflected in Zoho CRM automatically. It did work with one campaign in Zoho Campaigns as it should but didn't work with the second campaign. I didn't change the settings of sync. What do I do wrong?
