No GDPR checkbox possible! Big issue via zoho campaigns

If you are using pop form or any other form you will be not able to have an GDPR checkbox for your subscription form.

Only longform have this option. Why?

What about users they need to use popup or any other form? They need to have not GDPR compliant forms?! The situation is dramatic. Because every subscription form need an GDPR checkbox. How you solve that issue?
