We have just realised that when all operators are offline and there is a "send a message" in the chat box, and if a customer ticks for news then they do not sync to Campaigns.

This is crazy.

If that option exists when offline then we must capture those details in Campaigns - it is pointless otherwise.

It needs to work asap as we are losing customers who think that they have signed up for news.

Sales IQ is great ad we use it on a daily basis but this makes it inoperable and makes our company look like we are not following the request of our customers.
