Leave balances wrong after mid-end december update - Non existing - Technical support....
I'm really upset with "support" of zoho.
I'm stuck with a big problem concerning all leave balances. They are totally wrong since last zoho update in december.
I've tried to call everyday but support is still busy. I've left message to call me back, but nothing happens. I have only some e-mails from support that tell me "sorry for the delay in response" but nothing else.
I'm paying 750$ per year since 5 years....
This is a shame and not serious. You loose my datas and you have to repair that.
