Not All Specified Data Fields Are Populated Following A Sync
I created a Sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho campaigns. The sync is basic:
Accounts - Checkbox (False)
Accounts - Market (UME)
Contacts - Email (contains a value)
That part of it seems to work. However, I've requested other data fields to be mapped from Contacts, Accounts and Deals and almost none of this data is showing. All I get is First Name, Last Name and Email Address. A small number of the contacts may have one or more of the data fields populated, but the bulk of the data is missing, despite residing in the CRM.
