noticeable delay in remote control session
Hi guys,
setup a trial today and I have a question regards the speed of remote control, there is a big response lag between an input and seeing it take effect.
Im based in the UK and on a 380mb connection and client (also in the UK) is on a 75MB connection so speeds are healthy.
Ill always be controlling PCs within the UK - can you check im on the right server? and / or do you have desktop software for technician use rather than the browser method?
